Jia Xu
Jia Xu, this guy is one of my favorite characters. In The Ravages of Time, the great strategists of the Romance of the three Kingdoms went to school together in Water Mirror's school. The best among them are the Eight Geniuses. The first genius is Yuan Fang, an original character. The second genius is Xun Yu. The third genius is Jia Xu. This is about Jia Xu, so I'll stop listing.
Jia Xu serves Dong Zhuo in the beginning, but Dong Zhuo ignores Jia Xu's advices. After Dong Zhuo's death, Jia Xu wants to get revenge. He then becomes the chief advisor for Niu Fu, Dong Zhuo's son in law. In the battle against Lu Bu, Jia Xu shows his mad skills.
Jia Xu employs the Dark Arts of War. This is where Jia Xu expresses his philosophy that chaos comes first and then peace. He says the world should be plunged into darkness so that the future generations can appreciate peace. It is already too late for this generation. With this type of mindset, Jia Xu uses dark methods to achieve victory. And they work spectacularly. Not once has he failed in the series.
Like the other posts, I'll leave some images.
