Sun Jian
Sun Jian is the loyalist father of Sun Ce and Sun Shu and Sun Quan. He dies early in the story, but he gets a chapter devoted to himself later on. He wants to save Imperial Han more than anyone else. When Luoyang is burning (this was when Dong Zhuo almost killed Yuan Shao), everyone flees. Sun Jian cries his manly tears, and runs into the city to save it. His loyal followers, including the generals Cheng Pu and Huang Gai, follow him to save the city. After several days, they succeed. If this isn't an act of loyalty to one's country, then I don't know what is. He finds one of Yuan Shu's soldiers and gets the Imperial Seal. He hides it so that no one can abuse it.
Just like in history, Sun Jian is ambushed and dies from arrow wounds. He is supposedly killed by Gan Ning. Had Sun Jian lived, he might have lived to become one of the strongest supporters of the Han Empire.
